A mixed experience. Issues need addressing

shower leakage lying receptionist

the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, quite unpleasant. this led to an unnecessary delay. this issue seemed common, as another staff member indicated it happened daily.

Fantastic stay near Galata Tower

friendly staff amazing views central location

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay (especially Miss Güllü at reception!). My room was on the ninth floor and had amazing views. The hotel is located less than a five-minute walk from the Galata Tower. This made exploring very easy. I would definitely visit again.

The minibar in my room only had one bottle of water.
